Yes. Registration, provider search, quote requests and your client area are free. Only ticketing has a cost, if you sell tickets for your own event: a commission on sales plus bank charges, deducted from your ticket revenue; we give you the rate in a meeting.

Your rank is based on what you do. The ranking is based on four criteria: profile quality, responsiveness to requests, client reviews and activity on We Event (networking, training, regular use, sales). A complete showcase is the first lever. The ranking is recalculated every quarter.

Service providers displaying the « Verified Company » badge have had their SIRET number checked against the INSEE directory: the number exists and the company is active. Others have not yet submitted their number, or their number is not verified.

Most registered providers are based in France. A few are in other countries, mostly in Europe. The site is available in seven languages. Search the provider directory.

On a provider's page, click “Request a quote”: log in or create your free account, then describe your event. Without an account, click “See contact details” and describe your project with your name and email: the provider receives your request and their contact details appear right away. Either way, their responsiveness counts in their ranking. Find a provider.

Every review posted on We Event is checked before it goes live: one review per person and per provider, and no review written by the provider or their team. A low rating is never a reason for rejection. The Google reviews shown come from the provider's Google listing, and every review shows where it comes from. Read how we check reviews.

No, no commission is charged on contracts signed through We Event. Registration is free. For the advanced tools (AI CRM, analytics), the full CRM and AI are included from the BRILLER plan. The monthly plan carries no commitment and can be cancelled at any time; the annual plan commits you for 12 months. Two online payment services are optional and carry usage fees: 1% on an invoice settled through We Event, and a commission on ticketing. The ticket buyer pays the listed price. The commission and bank charges are deducted from the organizer's ticket revenue.

Yes. We Event is a national platform, open to providers across France. It was born in the Var, in Provence. Wherever you are, list your business or find providers near you.

Yes: seminars, conferences, company parties, team building. Search for providers by trade and region in the directory. We Event also works for weddings, birthdays, private concerts and festivals. See the Companies page.

It is coming to iPhone and Android. Leave your email in the “We Event app” section of this page and you'll be notified on launch day. In the meantime, the website already works on your phone, including your personal space, and can be added to your home screen like an app.

Choose the event on the ticketing page, then your tickets, and pay the listed price by card. Your tickets then arrive by email, each with its own QR code to show at the entrance. For a free event, you book your places without paying. See ticketing.
