Question 2

Do providers pay a commission?

Accepted Answer

0 % commission on your contracts. Optional online collection: 1 % incl. VAT. Registration and your profile page are free. Paid plans are available monthly, with no commitment, or yearly, with a 12-month commitment. Prices are on the “Become a vendor” page.

Question 3

How does the meritocratic system work?

Accepted Answer

Your rank is calculated from what you do on We Event: a complete profile page first, then your responsiveness to requests, your clients' reviews and your activity in the network. The ranking is recalculated every quarter. Each week, a rotation features other providers, so that every active listing gets its turn at least once a quarter, and new members get a boost during their first 30 days. On the Vendors page, verified businesses appear right after this week's featured providers.

Question 4

Does We Event cover all of France?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We Event is a national platform, open to providers across France. Born in Provence, it now extends throughout France and soon internationally.

Question 5

How are providers verified?

Accepted Answer

Registration is open to all and the SIRET number is optional. Service providers displaying the « Verified Business » badge have had their SIRET number checked against the INSEE directory: the number exists and the company is active. Others have not yet submitted their number, or their number is not verified.

Question 6

Does We Event work for corporate events?

Accepted Answer

Yes: seminars, conferences, galas, and teambuilding are fully covered by our network.

Question 7

Can I find providers outside France?

Accepted Answer

Today, almost all providers in the directory are based in France. Opening up to other European countries will happen gradually.

Question 8

Is there a mobile app?

Accepted Answer

The mobile app is under active development and will be available soon.
