The role, in plain terms.
- You bring your département together.
- One two-hour meeting a month, its minutes and its video. And between two meetings, the link with the members: that is what binds the group. No schedule, method or target imposed.
- You are the only one.
- One ambassador per département, two neighboring départements at most.
- You are equipped.
- The complete We Event solution is offered to you during the contract: CRM, quotes, invoices, cash flow, ticketing. With the ambassador kit.
- You are paid.
- Each month, a fee based on the number of paying members in your département:
- 20 to 39€300 excl. VAT / month
- 40 to 59€600 excl. VAT / month
- 60 to 79€900 excl. VAT / month
- 80 to 99€1,200 excl. VAT / month
- 100 to 149€2,000 excl. VAT / month
- 150 to 199€2,500 excl. VAT / month
- 200 and more€3,000 excl. VAT / month
Under 20 paying members, no fee yet. In addition, €33.33 excl. VAT, paid once, for each pro you refer from outside your département who becomes a paying member.
To apply: an event business registered for at least 12 months and based in the département.
How much do I earn?
Three sources: the We Event solution offered during the contract; €33.33 excl. VAT (€40 incl. VAT), paid once, per professional referred from outside your département who becomes a paying member; and monthly fees based on the paying members in your département:
As of October 27, 2026, no département has reached 20 paying members; the most advanced, the Var, has 8. We publish no revenue projections.
Who can apply?
An event business registered for at least 12 months, up to date with URSSAF, covered by professional liability insurance, based in the département, and with no contract with a competing network. The supporting documents are requested after the appointment.
How long does it take?
The meeting lasts two hours, the minutes half an hour, and the video is made during the meeting. But bringing people together also takes time between meetings: staying in touch with members, welcoming new ones, bringing the group together. That link is what keeps the network alive. No schedule, method or target to reach is imposed.
Is it a pyramid scheme?
No. A member counts if they pay their subscription. Nothing is paid for bringing in a future ambassador, nor on what the referred people recommend. No entry fee.
And after the appointment?
You send your supporting documents. We check them (5 working days), score the file out of 20 (10 working days), then write to you with our decision (15 working days). A 12-month contract, with exit possible at any time on one month's notice.
I am already a We Event member. Can I combine the two?
Yes, that is even the profile we are looking for. Two neighboring départements are also possible.
