The software for your trade
Calculate my price in 2 minutesWe Event, the software and network for event vendors
The connection to SUPER PDP, a platform approved by the French tax authority (DGFiP), is included from BRILLER, our main plan, upwards. Your identity is checked once, then your suppliers' invoices arrive in the same software you use for your quotes.
You get ready for the deadline alongside the other vendors in the network. 0% commission, free profile page for life.
No credit card, no commitment

What you get
The videos show the software as it really is, unedited. Pick your trade below the screen to see what it looks like for you.
Money
The margin and margin rate are shown on every line of the quote before you send it. The security deposit is set up with the quote: it is requested 5 days before the event and released afterwards if nothing is broken. And We Event takes no commission on your contracts.
On screenThe dashboard: pending requests, recommendations received, upcoming appointments.
Time
You put together a quote from your catalogue in three minutes, and the client signs it online. The invoice is generated on approval, reminders go out automatically, and the accepted quote feeds the calendar and production without re-entering anything.
On screenThe security deposit: set up once, requested 5 days before the event, released automatically. For every trade that takes one.
Network
Where the network is up and running, vendors in the area meet every month. When a client also needs a DJ or furniture, you have a name to give them, and your fellow vendors do the same for you.

“We get a lot more requests. I can offer other vendors, equipment rental, things I couldn't offer before.”
Sophie Racadot, caterer (La Cuisine de Sophie)
“It brought in all my core turnover, so it's what really let me get started.”

Free, a 30-minute video call
We look at your business (its legal status, your clients, your suppliers), with no software pitch, and answer three questions: can it receive e-invoices, when will it have to start issuing them, and what already covers it? You leave with the answers, and they still hold if you choose another solution to become compliant.

They went first
Jérémy runs Sonorisation 83, a sound and lighting business in Draguignan, in the south of France. Filmed in 2026, he describes We Event in his own words: “a little CRM that lets us do quotes really quickly, manage our stock, and that's soon going to help us with e-invoicing from September”. For him, e-invoicing is handled in the same software as his quotes and his stock.

No. Your sales to private individuals don't go through e-invoicing: they fall under e-reporting, which means sending their data to the French tax authorities. Receiving, however, has applied to you since 1 September 2026: your suppliers will send you e-invoices, and you must be able to receive them.
No. What counts is being within the scope of VAT, even without charging it, and a micro-entreprise (the French sole-trader scheme) on the exemption is. It has had to be able to receive e-invoices since 1 September 2026 and will have to issue them from 1 September 2027.
No. Under the French reform, an e-invoice is a structured file that goes through an approved platform. Your PDF attachment meets neither condition, and it is precisely this way of sending invoices between businesses that the deadlines are phasing out.
That we are a partner of SUPER PDP, a platform approved by the French tax authority (DGFiP). We are not an approved platform ourselves: the registration is held by SUPER PDP. You switch on the connection from your We Event account, and it is included from the BRILLER plan.
For issuing invoices, you can wait: it becomes mandatory for small and mid-sized businesses on 1 September 2027. For receiving, no: that has been mandatory since 1 September 2026. In We Event, the connection is set up from a single screen, and it's better done on a quiet day than on a Friday in peak season.
